Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our hardware and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Product returns are accepted with the following conditions.

• Shipped date cannot exceed 30 days of receipt
• Products must be in original new and saleable conditions
• Original packaging must be included in good conditions
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Product must be shipped back to the AEON Hardware warehouse
• Must include original packing slip and document included with shipment
• No returns will be authorized on large or special orders
• An email confirmation will be sent once your payment has been processed for returns
