Shipping Policy

Once paid orders are received in our system, they are processed the same day during normal business hours, Monday - Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

If a product is out of stock, and we cannot fulfill your entire order within that time range, we will contact you immediately by email with an expected ship date or other arrangement options.

AEON Hardware is delivered via front-door parcel shipping. Unless specified in the shopping cart selection, we shipped the most economical way by ground delivery to your shipping address.

• Ground: Product ships via ground service. Transit time is typically three to seven days, depending on the distance from the shipping location to your delivery location.

• 2-Day: Shipment transit time is two business days; day one is after your order is shipped. For example, a product that ships on Friday (not counting Saturday or Sunday) will arrive on Tuesday.

• Priority Next Day: Shipment time is one business day. For example, a product that ships on Friday (not counting Saturday or Sunday) will arrive on Monday.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require priority shipping and may incur increased transit time. You may choose the delivery option based on the delivery speed you prefer. If you order two or more products, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days due to varying availability and shipping locations.

AEON Hardware uses common carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) that provide insurance and tracking for most shipments. Some shipments may require a signature (at the driver's discretion).
